In part one of my primer course on stocks, I let you know that businesses divide stocks into shares, and that each share represents a fraction of ownership. I told you that shares may come with different ownership rules, privileges, or share values. I also told you about the two forms of stock: common stock and preferred stock. Now we’ll talk about shareholders.

Despite the fact that there are many economic variables that will cause a stock market crash, two main reasons for stock market crashes are also the investing public’s loss of confidence in the economy and mass panic.

There are, of course, many different ways that you can save the money that you have worked for and investing in a mutual fund is just one of the ways. Furthermore, the many different mutual funds have many excellent options for you to examine. However, you will also need to sort the wheat from the chaff in mutual funds in order to decide which are most suitable for your needs.
